Title: New idea for the scripting part of forum...
Post by: wired on 18 Jan 2004, 17:00:47
how about a new board in the scripting forum for if you have a script and it doesn't work and you dont know why. I think it would be a good idea cos people (including myself) keep making stupid mistakes in scripts such as spelling things wrong....so a new board just for these should be a good idea. Is it worth asking for...?

These Qs comes up 1-3 times/week, I think we can handle those few Qs without opening a new board/forum/whatever it's called. Also, I think there would be a lot of wrong-place-posting.

Thanks for the suggestion, wired.

It's always good to get input from the community, and any ideas you have for the better are greatly appreciated ;)

Your idea is a good one, but unfortunately I don't think we get enough of that type of post to warrant a whole 'nother board ;D

General editing/Advanced scripting (and to a lesser extent, the scripting beta forum) are able to handle the buggy script posts without getting lost in all the other threads at the moment.

Thanks for your input though :)
