Why bother sending people a PM saying "your banned"

Not only is it blindingly obvious but you ALSO CANNOT READ THEM

You morons, if u r banned then obviously you cannot access your inbox.

OFPEC has made me a bitter and twisted person, rascism should NOT be tolerated on this forum and it saddens me to see that this is not the case.
