Title: custom signs for town names

Hi,

I was wondering what to do to put the town-name signs
like the ones on the BIS islands onto a new island, with new names on em.

could anyone explain how it is done and perhaps what tool(s) to use to achieve it.

  Just O2 and some textures....  don't think you can get at the BIS town signs.. but It's fairly easy to model a sign in O2 ...

I've just made a complete set for my island
