Title: Do dead units cause lag?
Post by: Wedgie_Mutha on 12 Nov 2003, 15:03:26
Hi all,

Im trying to create a mission with LOTS of units, and Im looking at using Doolittle's enemy spawn script (very cool btw).

However, this scripts doesnt delete dead units as far as I can tell. Do dead units cause lag, or is it only the 'live' ones, so to speak.

Thanks in advance
Wedgie.

Dead bodies do cause lag, though not much.    There are lots of other far more important causes of lag ... I wrote a list once .... wait .... it's in the Ed Depot somewhere .... here. (http://www.ofpec.com/editors/resource_view.php?id=512)   Other people have added some handy extra tips.
