Title: 1.0 and addons?

Hi, (http://www.prz.tu-berlin.de/~alsch/image_archive/icons/person/oldguy_sm.gif)

when installing ofp 1.0 cd, no folder is created as "addons". but there are addons at addons depot which are quite compatible with 1.0 version!

so how can one who has 1.0 version use 1.0 compatible addons?

I have created a folder and named it as "addons" but game didn't see it.

You really need to download the updates to 1.46 if you dont have Resistance.

Go here:

For version 1.00 (EU) you will need:

Ultimate Upgrade 2 (v1.20)
Ultimate Upgrade 3 (v1.30)
Patch 1.46

Yes, I agree with Planck.

BIS made 1.0 without an addons folder.  You can just create a new folder and name it addons though and it works fine.   ;)

i have a 1.00 cd and im trying upgrade to 1.10  but cpu dont recognize cd rom please send me the salvation

As far as I know, there is no "1.10" upgrade...well there might have been a long time ago before 1.2 came out but thats too far back to remember for me. You need to download the patches mentioned before in this thread.

Edit Oh there is a 1.10 update. Forget that update - you don't need it. As said before, get these...

Ultimate upgrade2
Ultimate Upgrade 3
Patch 1.46

...and install them in order.

well, to confess, I had bought a counterfeit copy of ofp and now I am sick of seeing unreasonable errors during editing. moreover I am not able to upgrade my ofp cause upgrade packages need original cd...  >:(

to get the message; never buy counterfeit copies of Operation Flashpoint since this puts you through the wringer really and turns your Operation Flashpoint dream into a nightmare!  >:(

indeed I made a mission with my semi-broken ofp a few months ago yet I don't really have time to even upload it into ofpec.com. ofpec.com is also not ready for such uploading. only forum pages are available you know...  >:(


I am sure I'm gonna buy original Operation Flashpoint 2...

I had a feeling some people here weren't exactly being forthright. I have 5 bucks that says panario is in the same boat as you. >:( Since you enjoy it so much, why not buy OFP1? OFP: Game of the year Edition is very inexpensive and includes resistance and red hammer all in one.  Why on earth would you buy pirated software anyway?

in sweden i can get in best buy ofp + resistance 150 kr and that is around 15 dollars? im bad with money but as you guys mentioned it can be found very cheap. So throw your warez version into the dumpster and get the original + expansion pack for a very cheap price  :o

You can get OFP: GOTY for under 100 kr in sweden, that would be around 10 euros(?)or 12, 13 dollars or something like that?

Why would you buy a counterfeit version? If you're going to steal, then it kind of takes the point away to pay money for the stolen goods ::) .
