Is it possible to change different terrian or enviromental sounds on wrp tool?

No. Write your config.cpp and then binarize the wrp to get the environmental sounds correct.

OFP also does this when it loads the config.cpp + 4WVR wrp island.

How do I choose whats going to be meadows, forest and so on?
