Title: Group Skill?

Ok is there a way to change my groups skill in the config so when I put them in the editor they suck, there skill level is under half, I need to make it be much higher

Unfourtunately, such skill level is specified at the main config.bin and concerns to the unit's rank... So, a Colonel has the highest skill... But you don't want them all to be Colonels, right? Then sorry, there's nothing you can do.
