Title: How do i work the new WRPtool RAR?

I downloaded the new WRPtool from PMC but how do i install it/ get it to work? Its just a notepad document!

Download WinRar v3.0 from http://www.rarlab.com/ and use it to open that rar packet.

www.downloads.com or www.download.com dont remember... do a search for winace and get the trial version.
