Title: Support Pack update?

Hey snYpir,

Was wondering if you are going to update your Support Pack. You could use Footmunch's mig 17,Skyradier and thunderchief for the vietnam template. And maybe some arty and tanks for the North Vietnamese possibly use bigfoots russian tank packs. For the other template maybe get helo extractions for the east (Mi-17 and Hind) and use Footmunch's mig27 for so you can laser desingnate for the east side. What about the resistance side? Some Mortars ect..

Just a thought...  ;D

While we're at it ... maybe add an easy-to-use-interface-script to let the AI use any support. I can't figure out what parameters to send to which script to activate a fire mission from my main ai script, for example.

I think i recall SnYpir saying that he would noty be around much - remember him stepping down from lead Admin ? ? ;D

Lets hope he can find the time to pop back and take a look at some of these suggestion ;D

Why cant some of us here at OFPEC get together and make this idea of yours... changing the support pack and naming it as say another different version  or "OFPEC Version"

Whta do u say guys ? IS it possible ??

If you're going to do that, just make sure you ask snYpir's permission to use/update/change the current pack first.


Otherwise, it could get ugly fast.

I am happy with what we got. If you want to change a plane for Vietnam then anyone can do this as it is.

Yesterday evening i took the time to look deeper in the code of the support Package:

There is no need to create a new version you just have to create some template files. So i will do this.

But not to spend time in something no one needs, i would like to ask what do you want ?
WW2 ? BAS ? Nam ? Modern ?

Please post which AddOns do you have in mind.
