Im making a map where it is good to identify one player from another, im tracking them with markers. I would like to know If I can change the marker name using script?
-
Huhm. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think that's necessarily possible. You probably mean you'd give the markers name depending on the player's name? Well, as you can see in all multiplayer games using the same system they use "Alpha", "Bravo", "Charlie" etc codenames for everyone...
Why not colourcode them or something instead.
But if it's possible, do tell...
Wolfrug out.

ya colors are possible but Id really just like to know if it can be done.. to change a markers text name to a players name
like:
"markername" setmarkertext "name Player1"
-
Hmmmm... can you use the format command in a marker name?
