Title: Were is Guba?

I dont really know were to post this, but in the final mission of the west campain, were you have to capture guba, I have destroyed the second scud but were the hell is Guba, I have looked over the entire island and all around the coast, I destroyed an empty boat I found. but He is no were to be found???
