is it just me? all the files on this site are downloading at 1kb :'(

That's probably because the server change.

Actually.. its connection dependant now.

We currently have no throttling to the servers so if there are a few high-bandwidth people trying to download at say 1 MB/s then the rest of the users will not get much bandwidth.
 
We are working on a solution for this and in the meantime try avoiding peak hours to download.
