I have Just Started a New MOD called NavalWarfare MOD where I Hope to Create Flashpoint addons relating to naval warfare. NavalWarfareMOD, please use the Recruitment Depot for that, it's exactely why we made it for, we don't allow recruitment in our forum,sorry  :-\
