Open an existing weapon with shadows in O2 and check the selections, you'll easily understand the problem, the LOD to make the shadows from,must have less than 300 polys  ;) See also if you made the pilotView Lod and memory LOD the right way, if you didn't than I sugest a good reading of a nice tutorial.  ;)

The command line in the selections is called LodNoShadow, no need to say more  ;)

Ok, in that case there a lot of nice O2 tutorials, start be looking here:

browse the tutorials on both places, you'll find a lot of nice ones that will help you and teach you  ;)
I could explain you, but trust me, it's too much to teach and you'll be better reading it, it's not hard mate, Good Luck  ;)

I made a mistake above, I ment propreties not selections sorry  :P

In the link below you have your weapon ready to be used (inside a .pbo file).
All lods are done, cpp file done, shadows done,you'll find it under the West Class equiped on a West Soldier, inside the zip file is also the BIS HK MP5 ready to be opened in O2 so you can see how they make it  ;)

Now don't make more questions before reading the tutorials I've sugested, that's how we all learn, first read than fire the questions   ;D  ;)

lol ok mate,your cpp file is not what you need,read the tutorials about the .cpp file and you'll have it all done, Snypir made a very nice one, check our Editors Depot  ;)
