Title: Transparent textures problem
Post by: MaxPredator on 27 Aug 2003, 03:08:46
Hi guys...
i'm texturing an addon (Humvee) but, when i put the texture on the side of the jeep, it is transparent (not only in buldozer, even in-game)...why? ???

Even if i put another texture on the inside of the cockpit (same side), i have this transparency...

Another question...i textured the doors on the internal side: watching the jeep from the external view, i can see those textures but, when i'm driving they are invisible...why? ???

Help me! I wanna finish this damn Humvee!!!!!  >:( >:( >:(

....and what about transparent textures? They remain my worst problem at this moment. I need only to solve it and to write the config.cpp file to declare my addon (...well, the first version of my humvee) finished! Please help me!

Maybe the face is reversed, because you can only see one side of a face in OFP.
That's the only thing I can think of.  Just select the face(s) which are invisible, and press w to reverse them
