Title: grainy paa???

Whenever I convert a tga file that I made in photoshop (32bit) into a paa through texview, it comes out grainy  (reminds me of half-life textures) and it makes the object look odd because of its graininess. Is there any fix for it?

I think that Marfy made a good tute for textures. ( he is the best around )
