maybe you could do a few characters out of Metal Gear Solid for ofp. Great for Tactical Espoinage missions.

Alas, The Infamous Solid Snake infiltrates and seizes another highly-rated game. Sorry, can't help you, haven't got a clue how to create addons. But I'll back you up with the idea! :P
