Hey all!
I've just recieved my GOTY edition of OFP (yay!!), and I would like you to advise me on what patches/addons/etc. I should download now. So please do! ;)

You'll also want the Version 1.91 patch which you can get from www.flashpoint1985.com (http://www.flashpoint1985.com)
Otherwise have a look about in the Addons Depot and over at www.opflashpoint.org (http://www.opflashpoint.org), ofp.gamezone.cz (http://ofp.gamezone.cz) and Johnny Lump's site (don't have the link to hand sorry), see what takes your fancy ;)

Alright, so I got a problem: when I try to install either the 1.90 upgrade or 1.91 upgrade, I get this message: "Error found in file Missions/Resistance/R04rathole.noe.pbo (d52c3ed8!=5f0cd203)"
And then the updater freezes.
What's wrong with it??

Have you got the patch before the v 1.91

i had a similar problem Ram, all you need to do is look on your CD 2 then go to the"missions\resistance" folder on your CD, then copy the R04rathole.noe.pbo file from the CD and paste it into your missions\resistance folder in your operation flashpoint folder, and click yes when it asks do you want to replace it, if that doesnt work delete the file R04rathole.noe.pbo in your "missions\resistance" folder in your operation flashpoint folder (the one on your computer) and then copy and paste it like i said earlier

KJAM: Thanks! It worked! But the updater still freezes once it reaches the 0.pbo file... What could it be??

erm i dunno, the only problem i had with GOTY and thepatch was that what you mentioned about the pbo and a damn registry setting lol, it thought that my addons folder in my base ofp folder on my comp was actually the base folder itself lol dumb computer, ill try and look into it for you though, the only thing i can suggest is move all ur addons and custom missions and d/l mission somewhere else (just as a precaution), uninstall GOTY then re-install it and then move your addons etc back into their proper files.
once the patch starts installng , dont open anything, leave it completely alone for 10-15 minutes, make a brew, chill out, relax and let it do its work and come back to it in 15 mins that kept happening to me it looked like it froze when i opened a folder but on the next attempt i didnt open the folder and it installed fine
