Title: voice and sound editor

I know there are loads of sound editors out there like goldwave, and these are fine but......
Is there a sound editing program that allows you to add effects like radio chatter, and allows you to change your voice in many ways - not just the pitch
also where can i get some good sound effects of a battle which i can add to a radio sound, or of any war ambience

  I know of a great place to check.. I am sure that if you surfed... the net you would EVENTUALLY end up here.. but I recommend this place to find what you need....

   Some of the things are definately free... some have a warrenty period... so use it quick and aome are expensive as heII.  Sorry.. the program that I use... is for my soundcard only.. I was going to try and get it to you..but computer said..."Uhh...I don't think so"... ;D
