Title: Where can I find AaronAsh's Realism Pack

After being away from OFP for over a year, I saw the Resistance addon on the used shelft at EB, and I had to get it.  I'm back!

Over at PV's site (http://www.uvm.edu/~efisher/) I found a link to something called AronAsh's Realism Pack, but the link is broken.  What does it do, and where can I find it.  I tried searching, but came up with nothing.
