This thing is bugging me for a while now, it's not really a problem, but it's just "STRANGE" ???
Well if I put this : "GetDammage _unit >= 1" then it normally means that if _unit is death (the trigger is activated).
BUT... sometimes if they shoot _unit, he falls on the ground (and is death) but has not reached deathfactor "1".
(i.e. if they shoot them once in the back)
I always use @NOT(alive _unit) 8) now, but what is the prob?

you have to make sure it's in the condition box of a repeating trigger

This is the reason you should never use the dammage of a unit to determine if they are dead...
OFP has always been this way. Bullets (or grenades/shells/whatever) will do damage dependant on where they hit the unit. I think critical hits can happen (killing the unit) without the dammage value going past 1 ;)

Yeah, Sui is right for instance if you are flying a plane. (I was doing this the other day) I was flying over an area protected by the MTLB SA-18 addon, which fires missiles. I took a pretty bad hit, on the joining part of the tail/body and my damage would be classed as critical, but on the damage indicator it was not all gone I still had a bit of armor left although it was in red. Yet I still died, even though I still has a bit of life in me.
