Title: the command onBriefingPlan "PlanVoiceOver" where to?

I got the new commands to have voiceovers during briefings, I just don't know where to put them suckers.  They are

onBriefingGear sound
onBriefingGroup sound
onBriefingNotes sound
onBriefingPlan sound


But where do I put this code at?  Oh I know where.  Nevermind.  I guess in a trigger with west present or something.  Now I'm going to have music during the briefing.
