I fink I spelt it right. Anyway, whats the difference between the I44 island, and the normal Malden except the different names? I have only flown over it in an AH1, I havent got on the ground yet. But I've flown down low and it looks exactly the same.

The only difference is in the names of the towns, just as you hypothesized.

Ah, yes, it's "Sicily".
