Title: Newbie wants to know how to make a good cutscene?

Im new to all this editing stuff, so im just wondering how the hell u do all these amazing cutscenes u see in the game and in missions other people have made?? ???

simple. Firstly I reccomend u grab one of the camera tutorials from the ed depot.
