Title: game crashing

i keep getting an Res\addon\o.pbo error everytime i start my game.  if anyone knows why this is happening please help

Put the o.pbo file somewhere safe. Then delete the one in res/addons. Then put your Operation Flashpoint Resistance cd in. Copy the o.pbo file from D drive. Then paste it in to your res/addons folder.
