Title: How do you make Civilians kill each other?

I am making an all - civillian mission and I need to know how to set the sides (friendly and enemy) so that the fighting will be between two sides of civilians. I'm guessing it's probably pretty easy, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Or,  

• Simply group up a soldier and a civilian.
• Set the soldier's rank higher (making him leader)
• Then set the soldier's probability of presence to 0

I.E.

That way the civilian will be on the side of the removed soldier.

I think it's easier ust to deletevehicle the soldier.
