I've been converting my maps from the PC to the xbox with great success. :)
The problem I'm having though is that you can't place houses in the missions. In the PC version you could do it by putting an object in the editor and naming it a special name such as "housebudova5". Where would I look to find out if this house might of been renamed xbox version. I've searched through numerous files I'm hoping someone could point to the correct one.
thanks

How are you at sneaking scripts in? Does my laser designator script work? If so, you could run that in "debug mode", set the thing to "type", laze the building, and read the object type.

I actually found that the names of the buildings had changed I had to dig through the config.bin file to find them. I'm happy now. I'll try that script out and see if it find the xbox names. thanks

How did you manage moving objects to the xbox versioN???
-
Using the pc ofp editor. you can do almost all the same stuff on the xbox as the pc. unfortunately you require a modded xbox to do so, unless someone writes a program to convert the pc missions to the xbox format. Once the mission is converted it can be passed around via AR or mem card. You can already download missions via AR at codejunkies.com.

hey nice i have a modded box too, we should play sometime! Well, does the game let you play on modded? Or do you just port the missions to the xbox and then Restore a backup of the original dash?
-
You can play custom pc missions with a modded xbox on Kia /Xlink.
I haven't been to get the missions to work on xbox live yet, but haven't given up.
