Title: Noob High command question

Hi guys, sorry for sounding like a fool but ive been stuck with this for 2 days now & cant find exactly what im after.  What i want to do is this using the high command:

• Put my sections into platoons using the colour coding method
  

Get my platoons to enter choppers.
