I have upgraded to VISTA and trying to record my own voice to use on missions.
I used to use the XP sound recoder which worked fine because i knew which formatt to put it
But with Vista the sound recorder dosent have those features and recorder, i used other and the .WAV's covert with WAV to LIP into lip files but when i convert those WAV's to ogg it dosent play, WAV to LIP like the format but the game dosent.
Its meesing with my mind can someone help?

or something similar.. there are quite a few freeware audio editors out there.

Another really good recorder/editor/converter is Audacity : link (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)
I have no problems recording .wavs and convering them to .ogg with that one. :)

I use Sony Sound forge 8, except it doesn't have the right bit rate for *.ogg >:(
