I'm planning to make a special AH-64 Super Apache, taken from an old PSX game, but I absolutely need the help of a great Script-Maker and a tutorial for changing textures and weapons characterics.
Please conctact me!!!
The script I need is related to the new abilties of the chopper, but I won't tell you more until I got something sure on my plan 8) 8) 8) !!!
The weapons are AGM-114 Hellfire K and Rockets, but probably something more...
Textures are very similar to the original ones, but... you'll find it soon!

Put a thing like this in the recruitment depot, no recruiting here, I hear the mods have upgraded from sticks to rather large nun-chucks. :D ;D :P

You mean the helo in the Desert/Jungle/Urban/Soviet/etc Strike games? That winch sure is handy.... ;D

Well, you caught the chopper ! ;)
Soviet Strike is still one of my favourite games for PSX, simply wonderfull !!! :o :o ;D

I had problems with O2, but yesterday I finally solved them.
Now Xmas holidays are starting, I'm going to work a lot on it!
I have just an Ask.
I need to open an already existing version of an Apache, but with the files I tried, there is an error.
Someone told me a bit ago that is caused by a different format version... what do I have to do?

you need odol explorer, you can grab it off ofp.info i think :)

theres the mlod ah64, its a rar file so you need winrar to open it :)

This will save me a lot of time.
My idea is to make different loadout for the chopper... What do you suggest: 3 different models (
AGM-114--Hydra ;
AGM114-AGM114 ;
Hydra 70--Hydra 70 )
OR using (thousands of) scripts?
After this, you will probably be able to choose the special weapon:
Fuel Pods,
AGM-84 or
ECM.

You can make that the chopper has Flare too ;)
would be nice because you don't get hit by every missile

it would be better to have different models, so you dont have a 12000 polygon heli flying around the level :)

Well, ok!
Now, I'm making the Radome of the Apache, after, I'll take care of weapons and special stuff...
So... we'll have... 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 different models!
I think that's enough... :-\

I finished the Radome over the AH, and I've also made the special hook.
Now I have to make the different weapons.
But I'd need some help in scripts, this is my 1st addon, and I don't understand almost anything about scripts and CPP files. :'(

I finished the standard Weaponry.
Here it is another pic, showing the Standard attack model.
Note the AGM-88 on the wingtip and the radome over the helo.
One ask: the cannon has the fire-sprite painted (sorry for my bad english, but I can't find a better way to tell it :-[ ).
In other p3d, there isn't. Should I delete it?

if you delete it there is no flash if you fire with the cannon , there is only dust

Ok, one big ask for who knows well enough OXY2.
Is it possible to create different faces linking different point already existing?
I'll tell you more: I created a box, but I had to delete some parts, so now some faces are "missing"... is there a way to
re-create them without making the original box once again?

Select the vertices and press F6 to make a new face with them.

I finished all th models, bit now I need the textures.
