Does anyone know if theres a way to guarantee a certain unit would have the traits of OBL? Ie beard camo jacket etc???

You'll have to find a face that looks like OBL and use the setFace (http://www.ofpec.com/COMREF/index.php?action=details&id=294&game=All) command. See here (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/setFace) for more setFace info.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if anyone has documented the Operation Arrowhead faces yet.
