Title: Fat/Skinny Soldiers?

I was playing OPF one day and I saw.. or at least I think I saw a solder that was fat then another. I don't know if this was a desolusion or not but that Idea that there may be a way to make soldiers taller/skinner/fatter etc. I have never made a skin and I have no idea how, and i don't know if you can do this. But IS it possible to make soliders bigger.smaller/taller... etc then others, without having to creat complitly new skins/addons? ???
