Title: How do I get a mod uploaded?

Does any one know how i can get a mod,well, at least a simple mod I made, uplaoded?Its about 42  and 40 mbs big.I wonder if I can get it smaller.Well yes I can,with Zip.Where can I get it up at?Or put it up,more like it.I finally made a sound mod that replaces the m16,ak47's,pk,m60,tank reports,some explosions,foley,a couple of rocket launches, and etc.This is my first mod created so some cunstructive crit is welcomed.Just dont go easy.I will figure out how to make it smaller.
