2- Wach Carefully your keyboard
3- Browse for a key that says "Impr Paint" or something like that.. communli adove the "insert" key..
4- Press it!!!
5- Go to windos Paint or other Graphics Editor
6- go to Edit tool bar, and select "paste"
7- take the brush and write carefully "flauta RuleZ"

once the pic is taken, where do I find it?
-
once you have your pic, open up the Paint program that came with Windows. now, because the pic is in the clipboard, press ctrl+v. it may ask if you would like to resize the bitmap, in this case say yes. then, save your pic as you would any other picture (File/Save). This system works to take pictures of anything and everything that is on your screen.
*NOTE* due to the usage of the clipboard to store the picture, using any other clipboard function (such as copy or cut) will delete the picture if you don't save it.

once again......when the snapshot is taken.....where in codemaster is it located?????????????????
-
read Morglor9's post, pic are not stored in the codemasters file unless you have dxdll which when you press the Prt Scr button it saves the pic in a screenshot folder ;)
wrong smiley ;)

I use Taksi 0.5 (http://taksi.sourceforge.net/); a freeware screen/video capturing program.
Just unzip it somewhere and execute taksi.exe, assign the keys for capturing, minimise the program (don't close it!) and start OFP. :)
-
Taksi! Omg, thank you so much, I've been searching around for a freeware type deal like Fraps, because i'm poor and cheap. heh.
-
What compression codec do you use for Taksi?
-
What's the problem?
Taksi can only write uncompressed AVI...
-
version .51 lets you choose a compression
-
ah, cool :P
I never tried version 5.1, is it stable?
-
no problems yet, other than i can't find a decent quality codec for lots of motion. I tried divx, but it pixelates really badly, but is small, or i try Cinepak, and its great quality, but kinda big, problem with that is it lags my computer really hard.

(Trash Can Man... I think this is done. You should probably "solve" the thread now...)

* BUMP *
-
What's up with the bump prophet? I don't mean to offend you, but this topic is kinda...well...dead.
-
well, I got a question, how do you get taski to record, I press the record button but nothing happens :-\
-
Don't close it, minimise it.
Works perfect here.
Do you see a green square in the top leftside of your screen?
-
Thanks everyone who helped me with this minor crisis!
I declare this thread closed! ;D
