Title: Simple formation question...

Here's a really easy question - and the only reason I'm asking is because yep, I searched for it on the forums, and nope, I couldn't find an answer.

The question is: I'm trying to use the setWaypointFormation command to make a newly created group assume the Delta formation. When I try and use setWaypointFormation with "DELTA", it doesn't work - the guys just stay in a wedge, and I assume that's because ArmA doesn't recognize "DELTA" as the proper name of the formation.

I tried to search for an answer on the forums but I couldn't find anything other than thousands of people mentioning Delta Force troops  >:(

So, can someone tell me the proper name to use for this formation?

Sorry for the simple question, but I seriously couldn't find an answer.  ???

i think that the formation you want isn't named "Delta" in game terms, maybe one of these:

Possible values are: "NO CHANGE", "COLUMN", "STAG COLUMN", "WEDGE", "ECH LEFT", "ECH RIGHT", "VEE", "LINE", "FILE" and "DIAMOND".

Thanks Lee, "Diamond" is what I needed to get those guys into Delta formation  :D
