use a trigger or..?

Hello  ;)
First of all - i'm a newbie to make missions and I have a question...i need some help :)
I will use a radio command like "Radio Alpha". Then i will activate the radio command a group of soldiers must move to
a new point. How kan i do this? Please help ...I'm very bad to this  ;)

give the group a wayoint close to them.
Make a trigger with raio alpha.
sync the trigger with the waypoint of the group.
now the group will move to the waypoint close to them and wait there till you radio alpha, and move to the other waypoints.
