The point of these commanders would be... ?
The only use I see of them is if they visit the troops (101st before their first jump) but other than that..

Only prob is that these guys were sealed up in command bunkers and were only seen at reviews/parades, occasions like the day before D-Day.

I believe the only assasination attempt on Hitler was that time they detonated the bomb in his HQ room.

Also, once the SS tried to kidnap Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchhil, and Elanor Roosevelt from the Soviet embassy in Lybia. The targets however never left embassy so the SS couldn't nab them. This event was the basis for the Eagle Has Landed

Now that would make an interesting mission

Rommel would be nice and useful because he was very often in front. Perfect addon for cutscenes were Rommel comes to check out defenses and so.

And that wouldn't warrant the use of his face either, since he was not even in the house at the time ;D
