RFI - what version (beta or stable, etc) for A2:CO will the missions be played and judged in?

You're probably asking on account of the new LOS commands that came with the Beta? I can't speak for SBG, but personally I think that is exactly what this kind of mission needs. However, it's probably safer that the mission is made and played with the vanilla setup right now - you never know with BIS, they might remove the new command before the Beta becomes official (like they did with that changing-configs-on-the-fly command they tested in one beta).

But let's see what SBG says first.

Wolfrug out.

Official versions are the safest way to conduct the contest. I'm inquiring to some of the devs as to whether or not that LOS is likely to make the cut. Build it with official for now, leaving flexibility for adjustment if you like. Sorry about this.

If I want to make a cinematic outro inside the mission part of the .sqm file instead of the outro part is this considered against the rules (it is written that the mission must contain an intro and outro cinematic) or is it ok? Will this penalize me?
How can you shoot women and children?
Easy! Ya' just don't lead'em so much! Ain't war hell?!!

An intro and outro are required. Where you put them is up to you, the artists. However, intro's inside the mission do tend to force players to watch them on every restart. This may cause some judges to penalize you for doing it that way, but there will be no official requirement as to where it's placed, so long as the mission contains them.

Happy editing!

No, I just need to do that for the outro, so you have to watch it only when you complete the mission.
