[SOLVED]Checking person's position/ show waypoint
« on: 12 Feb 2012, 22:18:32 »
Two questions here:
1: is there a script command, to check if someone is in a position? or at a waypoint?

2: Is there a way to make sure that a waypoint shows up on the player's screen, even in multiplayer? LIke in the resistance campaign, in the first mission, as you make your way to to Limpany, you see your waypoint on your screen, and it says "THE OFFICE".

Thanks in advance!

Edit: NOBODY knows?  :(

1. You could make a message or script activate when a unit reaches a waypoint using the "on activation" field of the waypoint.

2. If you play in novice mode the active waypoint will show on the player's HUD.
