i just removed error named "groups"

mate try now,i hope not everything is ok.

when i try to open my mission in ofp mission editor its giving error

'config.cpp/cfgvehicles.soldierESsaboteurDay'

few month back my system gets attacked by viruses,my ofp goty cd was not working,so i downloaded arma cold war assault.

but now my mission which i made with ofp goty not opening  Angry

It's giving you an error because 'soldierESsaboteurDay' doesn't exist. If you look in the COMREF under CfgVehicles, you can see that there is no such class as 'soldieressaboteurday'.

If you went into the mission.sqm and changed 'soldieressaboteurday' to, let's say, 'soldierESaboteur', then I'm sure the problem would be solved.

in arma cold war crisis my old mission which i made with ofp-goty not opening properly.


uploaded new updated mission now.

Well, re-tried the latest version of the mission...

The error has been removed, that is true, but all the other problems remain, namely

-Cars that have been beamed up the high hills
-Ammoboxes that contain no rifle ammo
-Enemy stragglers that have to be taken care of after the assault waves die down.

These problems have to be rectified as well.

i removed pvs trucks nd some cars,now only 2 jeeps there.
ammo added to ammobox,no two ammobox there only
end trigger size reduced
am using allow fleeing 0 command too
hope now its all ok. Scratch Chin

Version 1.3 is unplayable hard due to your changes. When playing, I noticed that I missed the cover of the trucks, and because of allowfleeing 0, there are loads of soldiers coming at the player simultaneously. I am in a constant crossfire, no matter where I move on this mountain plateau, and down to 2 squadmates. Out of options here.

Ok, tried your latest version....

it feels like an earlier version, with frantic combat and then there is a lull in fighting. Whereas in earlier versions I had to go look for some stragglers down in the valley, now a second ural truck appears, sending more troops uphill. Having played this mission quite a few times, I am at a point where I have lost motivation to try and complete it.

Honestly, the best strategy is to lay prone close to the tent to have at least some cover and rotate on the spot until you are dizzy while picking off soldiers, preferrably with one shot-one-hit-kills. By the time the second load of soldiers comes with that fresh truck, this style of play is no longer attractive to me. The mission is what it is - a frantic shoot em up - but could well end after the first intensive fighting (I have no idea how long that takes since I do not have time to look on my watch while playing this).
