Trying to do a touch and go landing and takeoff

This is the last part of a script im am writing to allow AI to use vehicles
that they find, they will find there own ammo, repair and fuel trucks when needed, fill the first 2 turrets , respawn , with what ever crew it started with,
if its empty and a unit finds it he will fill the gunner an cargo with what ever AI he finds, choppers hover just above the ground when the pickup someone or drop them off. etc etc
its all in just one FSM script and all you need on the map is a marker , which turns on or off the respawn for that side for base capture missions ,

its all done and working whith out any cliches,, tested it with many domove scripts and waypoint missions and it does not affect them at all,

the planes have flares when missiles are shot at them and stuff like that, all works with players as well , so you can pickup an AI gunner that is not in your group or be the gunner, work on SP, MP, Deticated Servers , i will be posting it up soon,,

thing is as the plane get low on ammo , fuel or are damaged they will land and all is fixed as soon as there wheels touch the runway "AI and Players planes"
a player will take strait off again , AIs do the full taxi bit and the chance of there being no rubble or nothing in the way on the taxi strip is low, so i would like to try and get the AI planes to touch down and then take off again-- IS THIS POSSIBLE ??--

any idea how to get the plane to not taxi and take off strait away
got the landing and the eventhandler "touchdown" all working good;
but just cant stop the plane from taxiing down the runway

any ideas would help
