Addons: none

English and french versions!

Duration: 2 hour?

Lobby Options:
- number of revives
- grass layer
- view distance
- time before respawn location choice
- skip/show Intro

External Scripts used:
- revive script V0.42 by Norrin (revive by all units and mobile spawn)
- Vehicle Respawn Script v1.7 by Tophe of Östgöta

Situation:
While you were fighting for Balota Airfield, U.S. Special Forces and the CIA launched a covert operation to capture the Ministers of our government.
Many died in resistance, but the Americans managed to capture the most important: Prime Minister Peterka, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kiril Lebeda, and Bohuslav Mazur, Minister of the Interior.
Jan Hitnik told us where the Americans are holding our Ministers. They are in the second floor of a house near U.S.-occupied Berezino Harbour.
According to Hitnik's sources, the Ministers should be transfered soon to FOB Manhattan.
Who knows what will become of our leaders?
Evidence indicates that the CIA could be willing to execute the Ministers if we don't agree to a Ceasefire!
The CIA plans to frame the leader of the Chernarussian resistance for those murders. In that event, it is likely citizens will turn to support the U.S. action in our territory and the installation of U.S.-appointed Ministers.
So, rescuing our Ministers alive is vital to maintain local support and to preserve Chernarus independence!

Playing this for the first time tonight. 3 people.

Grass option isn't working.
Great choice of picture in the breifing.

I hope you played V2, because in V1 the skill of US units at FOB manhattant was too high...
Some other things (ex: timing of US reinforcements) wasn't working well, all changes made in V2 .
Did you release prisoners?

Had another go at this one tonight.

First the trucks in the woods are hard for the AI to navigate. I would move it up a tad in to that clear by the road.

The guy you have to rescue was no where to be found. I think you might need to barracked him with all the explosions going on around the apartment buildings. So the mission didn't end and we weren't able to find the guy.

The grass option was working and we are playing version 2.

I moved the camp near the end of the forest, AI seem to be able to drive vehicles now! :D

There are 3 ministers to release, I added markers on the map to visualize their position.
As said after the intro: use caution!! ;)

If you got AIs in vehicles, make them not shoot the evac chopper when it leaves Berezino to FOB manhattan!!

I didn't change anything; I tested it after you first reported that problem and didn't find a reason for the grass option not working... :scratch:
I've added too the "skip intro" option in the lobby.

Played version 3 through this evening.  When you first start up the mission there is a heavy fog and it really impeds the play. You have the option of view distance in the lobby but really its not that effective with the heavy fog.

The Prisoners were not in the right place. I found them in the woods just near the t in the road. I don't think you can expect them to live through all that battle.

The prisioners wouldn't release for us. Found this in the rpt file, right after we tried to free the prisoners.

Would be nice to have a repair truck with some extra rpgs and clips.

Camera work is pretty well done, your getting better at it.

Still got issues iwth the captives. I think they are still to close to the explosions. Do they flee to that usa town?

I've been working hard on that one, things are working on hosted games but not on dedicated servers... :scratch:
Only a few things to verify before V4...
