OFPEC RSS feed
« on: 08 Jul 2009, 19:02:44 »
gday  :)

while my memory tells me that I have asked it, I am unable to find it..
So here we go (again?).  :D

Can you please make it possible to subscribe to individual sub-forums of
the OFPEC forum please instead of all forums.

The alternative would be to add to the RSS/feed item the sub-forum name
to filter application wise.

Thanks!

I am not a fan of RSS, what i to is allways mark the topic 'unread' so i can come back to it, or i post a little something about the topic so i pops up in my 'new topics that i have posted it"  ;) those kinda tricks

You can bookmark threads/posts in a good RSS reader app,
move them to separate folders and all that stuff. Way more
advanced than any forum software out there.  :)

You can read more about RSS and good feed reader apps at dev-heaven.

Right. Same here.  :D

Cookies are deleted on browser exit.
With FF 3.5 beta RSS no longer slows down the main FF thread (bug fixed).

With an Intel SSD, FF like any app opens in an instant.  :good:

FeedReader3 is a standalone feed reader. Very excellent app that is.  :good:
