Respawning breaks Secops in multiplayer?
« on: 10 Jul 2009, 08:36:35 »
Hey gang,

I was throwing together a quick multiplayer mission to play with a friend using the ACM and SecOps modules.  I've set them up properly but it seems that both stopped working after I was killed and respawned.  I was the squad leader so both were synced directly to me.

It's set on a ten-second base respawn, and the respawn works correctly, so I don't know what the problem is.

It went like this: my friend and I were in the same squad, with 4 AIs along with us.  We did 3 or 4 secops and saw several ACM-generated groups, but then an Mi17 crashed into us (clipped the trees we were hiding in) and everybody but my friend died.  I respawned back at the base with the AIs and we ran the 1.6km back to my buddy, but no new SecOps occurred and we didn't see any other units nearby, friendly or enemy.

What's the procedure for getting those mods to continue working after I respawn?
