help with my idea

hey everyone, ive got a private server and only people in my clan can access it (assuming they have the our mod). all our mod is at the moment is a bunch of community addons put together, now im thinking of adding our own custom stuff but i need help and knowledge to understand how this will be properly done from what we want to achieve.

I want to make an addon, so when you put this addon in and run it all AI infantry will have high dispersion effects when firing, ive allready got a script for it, all i need is to make a addon which will activate this script. This script should effect ALL infantry units BIS or custom addon. so how would i be about doing this?

make your own mod instead with HD you want. it's much easier and performance wise
