on the homepage the links dont seem to work for me i tried downloading the cloud and the animation pack.
Has other people been having problems like this and if so how can i get hold of these

Yes, I've noticed this as well.
I was going to file a complaint however I forgot...

i managed to get the anim pack wich i found on a website that i got from google it had 2 links and one didnt work and im guessing thats the link ofpec may have but the other link worked fine

I see no problem here, the links all work perfectly.

The links aren't actually pointed at OFPEC, they're from sites like ofp.info and such.

We can only provide links to OFPEC hosted space if the addon maker submits their addons to us.
We made up our minds a long time ago that we would not go out and grab addons from others, as we review everything submitted and that means it's the addon makers choice.

I will sort something to indicate the sources (and credit them accordingly).
