Intro Script Prob.

Even though its a script. When the map starts up you see that guy at the beggining. HELP !  >:(

um, yeah, if your gonna ask a question,o your gonna have to explain more thoroughly, were not mind readers! :tomato:

to anyone reading this post:
what i tihnk sphinx is tryin to say is that when you make an intro cutscene, when it starts, there is a brief second or two where you see the player running around, witha  functional HUD, and it looks really unproffesional

Exactly.. But I scripted it. So it shouldent do that... Shouldent it ?

Don't execute a script from the trigger as it always takes a second or two and thus will show u, the player and only then will execute the cutscene, execute it from the init field and it will work perfectly, cheers ;)

Start your script with the init.sqs (starts eveything written in it at the beginning of a mission).

Also you can use -> titlecut ["","Black in",2]
In the empty "" you can write a text to show at the mission start. The "Black in" makes the mission start with a black screen and 2 is the time it takes to go to normal "view" (of course you can change it to any count you want).
