PHP-Safemode Errors

To all those seeing these errors, they are expected at the moment...

OFPEC is running in a PHP safe-mode at the moment as we're upgrading some of the security features within OFPEC.
This will obviously break some of the pages until the server comes out of this mode.

So until then, please be patient and we'll be back 100% soon.
