Does anyone here know how to put your own music onto flashpoint? If so, how?

Yes you can.

Read Bloodmixer's sound tutorial in the Editors Depot.

In summary you create your sound file; turn it into .ogg format; stick it in right place in the mission directory; define the characteristics of the sound in description.ext; and then call it from the mission using a simple command.
