Im looking forward to the pics, sounds like ur making real progress.
Sadly the pics are all i'll ever be able to see of ur mission as seeing as i'm one of those unlucky few 56kers out there i doubt i'll ever play it, due to the addons :'( .
Good luck with the rest of it though, sounds really good.

hey Gooner, thats a shame, maybe you could use a download manager, I know maddmatt has 56k and he used a download manager to get the BAS tonal  Maybe if you started downloading the addons now, you might be able to get them, maybe :-\ I will put a full list of addons soon when I new all of the ones I'm using,  Expect pics in about 1 hour... ;D sim |

I havnt actually started the scripting yet, but as I've said before, i think, each soldier has his own set of random scripts to follow... its going to take a long time but it will be worth it... ;D

Wow!! Now i have to try and get those addons to play this wen its dun ;D .
I can just picture in my mind landing there, dashing for cover. Looks great. Hopefully the AI will be as good and the same for the atmosphere.
U gonna add custom music? Plus u gonna add artillery + mortars etc now that wud make the games atmosphere amazing.
Looks promising ;D

Cheers Gooner, Custom music will be added to the mission, any suggestions???
The beach will be shelled constantly and each time random and also MG fire will be sprayed everywhere, I will try and post some more pics 2moz...

Just try and think of any gud war films u seen. For the landings ur gonna wanna have tense music building up to the landing. On the beach, depends wot u want - action/tense music.
I dunno i like Hans Zimmer stuff, maybe he's not rite for this though. Saving private ryan music?? Dunno just think of films were u have heard gud music that wud fit in well with the scene.
By the way how long is it till this will be completed?
